Shipping policy

Shipping rates (US): Standard shipping is $7.99. Orders of $129 or more ship free, including the Keep-Fresh Kit and the Keep-Fresh Pair.

 

Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

 

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States.

 

Lost or late orders: if your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
